Offshore company registration in South Africa: general requirements

Staff structure

To open a new company will require at least one shareholder and director, regardless of residency (allowed to attract legal). Authorized capital

Mandatory payment of all capital: 25% at the time of registration and 75% in the first month of operation. The issue of bearer shares is prohibited.
